Our client is a full-service real estate firm that manage and lease commercial & residential space. They develop and construct both types of properties throughout Greater Boston. Their team is now looking for a Leasing Associate.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50k – $58k plus bonus

Position Overview:

The Leasing Associate will be responsible for marketing and selling/leasing properties as they are in a lease-up along with providing a positive experience to residents . They will work effectively with the team to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident, and retention goals. Must have Market Rate Leasing experience.

Responsibilities of the Leasing Associate:

  • Generate leads through online ads, social media, outreach, and open houses.
  • Conduct personalized property tours for prospective residents.
  • Manage the full application process, including verification and paperwork.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements accurately and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost occupancy.
  • Assist with planning community events and resident engagement.
  • Respond quickly to leasing inquiries and follow up consistently.
  • Apply strong closing techniques to secure leases efficiently.
  • Stay informed on local market trends and competing properties.
  • Handle resident concerns and unexpected issues with effective problem-solving.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports on all leasing activity.

Required Experience/Skills for the Leasing Associate:

  • 2+ years of leasing Market Rate multifamily apartments.
  • Some weekend and evening availability preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Property Management software.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
