They are looking to add a Luxury Handbag General Store Manager to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$120k – $130k
Position Overview:
As the Luxury Fashion Handbag General Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the handbag department. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while maximizing sales and profitability. This position is onsite and the Luxury Handbag General Store Manager must be flexible to work weekends occasionally.
Responsibilities of the Luxury Handbag General Store Manager:
- Provide leadership and direction to the Handbag department team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising strategies, product knowledge, and client engagement techniques.
- Develop and implement sales plans and promotional activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the luxury fashion market, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications for the Luxury Handbag General Store Manager:
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on handbags or accessories.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve sales targets.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
