Salary/Hourly Rate:
$21 – $26/hr depending on experience
Position Overview:
As a Luxury Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our luxury fashion brand, providing exceptional service to our discerning clientele. The role of a Luxury Sales Assistant will be to create unforgettable experiences for our customers and foster long-lasting relationships, ensuring their needs and desires are met with grace and expertise.
Responsibilities of the Luxury Sales Assistant:
- Client Engagement: Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our luxury fashion collections to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients
- Personalized Service: Tailor your interactions to each client’s preferences and needs, building strong rapport
- Clienteling: Maintain client records, track preferences, and follow up with personalized recommendations and updates
- Sales and Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship-building and product knowledge
- Merchandising Support: Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure products are showcased effectively
- Feedback and Insights: Gather client feedback and market insights to contribute to product improvements and customer experience enhancements
Qualifications for the Luxury Sales Assistant:
- Previous experience in a luxury retail or client advisory role preferred
- Strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen eye for style
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Sales-driven and results-oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
