Client Overview:

Our client is a global CMO specializing in biopharmaceuticals, with strong expertise in sterile and aseptic production. They are seeking to hire a Manufacturing Technician (Sterile Products) to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $30/hr 

Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Technician (Sterile Products) is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment to ensure accurate and compliant manufacturing of sterile products in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician (Sterile Products):

  • Set up, adjust, and run production equipment.
  • Maintain material supply and support efficient filling operations.
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding line conditions and quality.
  • Complete sterilization, release testing, and filter integrity checks.
  • Accurately document production, downtime, and compliance records.
  • Follow aseptic techniques and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience/Skills for the Manufacturing Technician (Sterile Products):

  • Ability to bend, lift, and work with both hands.
  • Clear vision.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Manufacturing Technician (Sterile Products):

  • Prior experience in sterile manufacturing or cleanroom operations.
  • Knowledge of aseptic techniques and regulatory compliance.

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Technical training or certification in manufacturing or sterile processing is preferred.
