Client Overview:
Our client, a leader in the industry is looking for a Marketing Communications Analyst to join their team!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$35/hr – $45/hr
Position Overview:
The Marketing Communications Analyst will work closely with Sales Directors to review sales pipelines and share insights that help shape smarter strategies. The successful candidate will also lead internal communications, support business growth with data-driven insights, and help the team to adopt better ways of working across the organization.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Analyst:
- Pipeline Analysis: Partner with Sales Directors to conduct pipeline reviews and deliver insights and strategic recommendations to the Regional Commercial Leadership Team.
- Commercial Excellence: Champion the adoption of best practices by leading internal initiatives to educate and embed consistent ways of working.
- Internal Communications: Lead internal communication efforts, including messaging around new launches, success stories, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making. Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear presentations for leadership.
- Strategic Business Support: Contribute to the development of operating and business models that align with long-term strategic goals and support organizational growth.
Required Experience/Skills for the Marketing Communications Analyst:
- 2 – 4 years of professional experience in a large, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Proven ability to write with clarity and purpose for a variety of audiences.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Marketing Communications Analyst:
- High emotional intelligence and cultural agility.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
