Client Overview:
Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking national company within the real estate industry that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and exceptional service. Their team is now looking for a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr – $30/hr
Position Overview:
The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator must be highly organized and proactive to join our client’s project management team on a part-time basis (25 hours weekly) through 2025. The Marketing Coordinator will support Creative Marketing Project Managers with varied marketing project requests, spanning small and large format print, photography, and digital marketing from brief through delivery. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations for the marketing department.
Responsibilities of the Part-Time Marketing Coordinator:
- Support 2 Project Managers with overflow of creative & marketing project requests.
- Assist with coordination of small & large format marketing signage projects.
- Manage smaller & ad-hoc projects across marketing department spanning creative, digital, and administrative.
- Track and manage Media, photography, and digital assets and maintain database tagging & uploads.
- Assist with vendor POs and invoicing on as needed basis.
- Manage and prioritize tasks within proprietary systems (ie. ServiceNow).
- Provide weekly reporting and updates on ongoing projects..
- Provide Administrative Support for tasks such as data entry, organizing documents, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations.
- Assist with vendor auditing and identification for various projects.
Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Marketing Coordinator:
- Proven experience in a marketing coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skill, attention to detail, fast learner
- Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel (understanding lookups and how to sort data).
- Ability to learn new systems quickly (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Marketing Coordinator:
- Experience with print, small format, or signage project coordination.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
