We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our client’s team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr
Position Overview:
The successful candidate for the Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our dynamic team. Experience with Concur is highly desirable.
Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained and efficient office environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Process expense reports and manage expense tracking using Concur.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office services.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Coordinator:
- MUST have proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role to be considered.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Coordinator:
- Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management software is highly preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
