Our client is a global apparel company located in NYC. Our luxury brands continue to push the limits of our industry. They are seeking to hire an Operations Administrator to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$50k – $60k

Position Overview:

As the Operations Specialist, you will provide E2E operational support to your facility. The Operations Specialist will oversee all aspects including inventory, safety, vendor relations, etc.

Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator:

  • Coordinate the inventory movement data collection process for product recalls.
  • Ensure accurate and concise representation of the product in inventory software.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to identify and resolve system discrepancies to reduce service risks in the overall supply chain.
  • Run ad-hoc reports or investigations.
  • Perform, confirm, and resolve all cycle count discrepancies daily.
  • Maintain continuity of supply by replenishing and conducting procurement activities for a global portfolio of consumer goods items.

Qualifications for the Operations Administrator:

  • 0 – 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated team-building skills.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
