Our client, a leader in the industry is looking for a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team on a part-time basis!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr – $28/hr

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator must be proactive and highly organized to support the team for 24 hours per week. This role plays a key part in driving our marketing signage initiatives, assisting with media renovation projects, and handling a variety of administrative responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting multiple projects across departments.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Marketing Coordinator:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of small-format signage projects through ServiceNow tickets (e.g., Benson signage requests).
  • Manage email follow-ups and communication with site teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain and update the Media Floorplan database.
  • Provide ordering and logistics support for media-related needs in partnership with the Project Manager.
  • Process and submit media-related invoices on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee Club Equity registrations (approx. 30 minutes on Mondays and 1 hour on Wednesdays).
  • Monitor and manage the ServiceNow ticket queue, including prioritizing tasks and submitting weekly updates (approx. 30 minutes on Mondays).
  • Provide administrative assistance for acquisition-related tasks, such as data entry, preparing documents, and coordinating schedules.
  • Assist with vendor research and auditing for various internal projects.
  • Help with general office tasks, including document organization, meeting scheduling, and presentation prep.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects as they arise.
  • Gain exposure to larger-scale projects for professional growth and development.

Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Marketing Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
  • Must have ServiceNow software experience
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Marketing Coordinator:

  • Quick to learn new tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a team-first mindset.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
