Client Overview:

Our client is a leading luxury retailer with a strong global presence and a reputation for delivering exceptional products and client experiences. Their team is now looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30/hr – $32/hr

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while driving individual sales performance and contributing to overall store success. The Part-Time Sales Associate is expected to build lasting relationships with clients, meet or exceed sales goals, and uphold the values and image of a luxury retail environment. This position is part-time, expecting weekend availability and one weekday.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Sales Associate:

• Deliver a personalized and elevated client experience aligned with luxury service standards.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and outreach.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals by demonstrating deep product knowledge and storytelling.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Uphold the brand’s image through professional behavior, appearance, and communication.

Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Sales Associate:

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding individual sales goals.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full weekend availability.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Sales Associate:

• Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Clienteling platforms.
• Knowledge of luxury products such as fine jewelry, watches, leather goods, or fashion.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
