Client Overview:

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Production Artist Designer to join a dynamic team and support the creative efforts of a national real estate industry group. We are looking for a talented Production Artist Designer who can hit the ground running and help manage growing design demands across print, photography, video, digital, and CMS platforms.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$30/hr

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Production Artist Designer who has PC design experience (not Mac) to join our client’s Design team temporarily through the end of the year. This Production Artist Designer will support the design team in managing high volumes of media assets, including photo and video manipulation, media tagging, and CRM/website maintenance.

Responsibilities of the Production Artist Designer:

  • Photo image manipulation, including high volume cropping, scaling, formatting, and color correction.
  • Video editing for promotional content and 3D virtual tours.
  • CRM/website maintenance using proprietary systems.
  • Design and adapt digital web banners and video text copy.

Required Experience/Skills for the Production Artist Designer:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) proficient in PC environment. 
  • Experience with high volume photo manipulation production (crop, scale, format). 
  • Video editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Has prior production artwork workflow experience, including managing own projects, timelines, and updates.
  • Experience creating/editing 3D virtual videos.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Production Artist Designer:

  • Adobe Lightroom, Premiere, or After Effects experience within a PC environment.
  • Production art/ design experience in the real estate industry.
  • Experience creating/editing 3D virtual videos for floorplans/spaces.
  • Experience working on CMS platforms and Google Sheets.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
