Our client is a food and beverage company. Their team is now looking for a Production Process Lead-3rd shift.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$23/hr – $25/hr plus $2/hr night differential
Position Overview:
As the Production Process Lead-3rd shift, you will be responsible for overseeing equipment operations, ensuring compliance, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities of the Production Process Lead-3rd shift:
- Follow the work schedule is from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday, with occasional overtime.
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures, while promoting and enforcing compliance within your team.
- Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hold team members accountable to the same standards.
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times.
- Monitor product quality consistently and collaborate with the quality technician team to promptly resolve any issues.
- Conduct regular checks and verifications.
Required Experience/Skills for the Production Process Lead-3rd shift:
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or line leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced production setting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Production Process Lead-3rd shift:
- Background in commercial baking or food production preferred.

- High school diploma.
