Production Supervisor

Our client is a food manufacturer known for producing high-quality products in a strict quality and safety environment. They are looking to add a Production Supervisor to work from 4:30 pm to 2:30 am, Monday to Friday.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90k – $95k Depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Production Supervisor will lead Production staff, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role oversees daily operations, develops team members, and drives results through strong leadership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate production employees to meet output goals.
• Train and coach team members.
• Manage production schedules and adjust priorities as needed.
• The Production Supervisor will ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and process improvements.
• Track performance data and resolve issues quickly.

Required Experience/Skills for the Production Supervisor:

• The Production Supervisor should be bilingual in Spanish.
• 5+ years of food manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work the hybrid shift, which is from 4:30 pm to 2:30 am, Monday to Friday. 
• Ability to work overtime/weekends when needed. 

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Production Supervisor:

• Food manufacturing background.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or process improvement.

Education Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related science, or equivalent work experience, is required.
