Our client is a growing manufacturing company with an innovative research facility. They are at the forefront of turnkey solutions, from concept to the finish product! They are seeking a Project Development Lead II to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$60,000 – $70,000

Position Overview:

The Project Development Lead II will be responsible for working with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks. The right Project Development Lead II candidate will be someone who can manage multiple projects, organized, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities of the Project Development Lead II:

  • Responsible for all communication with customers and act as the primary contact for your assigned customers
  • Create Price Quotes and and Bill’s of Materials for new and existing products
  • Review and maintain timelines for new launches to your clients
  • Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, and the Production teams as necessary
  • Provide your customers Open Order Reports and have regular meetings with them to assist or help with any questions they may have
  • Lead regularly-scheduled customer meetings & issue minutes
  • Lead a monthly meeting with Account Managers that report directly to you, review concerns or process improvements with the team
  • Work with a positive attitude!

Qualifications for the Project Development Lead II:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Project Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines and remain customer – focused

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
