Salary/Hourly Rate:

$70k – $75k Annually

Position Overview:

The Project Manager assists the Strategic Initiatives, Project Management team to drive global internal and client-facing projects that align with the goals and objectives of the business. The Project Manager leads the Project team to strategically analyze, plan, and implement projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role is key to keeping Atrium in a state of compliance and efficiency, while creating scalable solutions to set the business up for future growth.  

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  

  • Project Planning and Management: 
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives and adhere to project management best practices. 
    • Develop concrete, detailed project plans, including the schedule, outlining the duties of each team member, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline. 
    • Monitor each project to ensure deadlines are met and effectively communicate status in a timely and clear fashion. 
    • Liaise with project stakeholders, including external client sponsors, on an ongoing basis. 
    • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. 
    • Improve project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions. 
  • Lead client-facing implementations: 
    • Own end-to-end client implementation process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives. 
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, managing expectations, and building strong relationships. 
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Operations) to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. 
  • Team Leadership: 
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. 
    • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the Project team. 
    • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise the Project team members, and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work. 
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and manage project dependencies and the critical path. 
    • Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations. 
    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. 

Required Experience/Skills for the Project Manager:

  • 3 – 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the Staffing and/or Contingent Workforce industry. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts. 
  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management. 
  • Familiarity with the creation of project plans within Microsoft Excel.  
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback. 
  • Experience working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time. 

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience is required.
