Our client, a NY/NJ  transportation Company seeking a Project Manager to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$75 – $85/hr

Position Overview:

This Project Manager position is the primary point of accountability to provide project management support to ensure the effective planning, execution and implementation of HCM system.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Applying advanced project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to track the project schedule, project deliverables and processes in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Leading successful strategic initiatives in a large, matrixed organization and ensures that sound project management, business analysis, and quality assurance processes are in place and practiced
  • Works collaboratively with the development team (internal business units and IT) to communicate work priorities and drive progress towards business application target roadmaps that will configure the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other related software, under general supervision

Qualifications for the Project Manager:

  • Five (5) years of previous experience as a Project Manager in a client facing role (e.g. Client Services, Implementation or Training)
  • Three (3) years of experience leading projects or teams, either formally or informally, preferred
  • Experience working with human capital management (HCM) systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology. Oracle HCM a plus
  • Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Use internal resources to develop and maintain project schedules, complete project documentation, and assist with onboarding throughout organization post implementation

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training is required
  • Experience can be substituted in lieu of education, if applicable
