Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55k – $65k
Position Overview:
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the affordable housing communities. This Property Manager role manages tenant relations, liaising with maintenance, and ensuring the residents consistently have positive living conditions.
Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
- Supervise daily property operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and orderliness at the Pittsburgh and Millvale, PA locations.
- Ensure the community adheres to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and submit reporting related to program compliance, financial performance, and occupancy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Required Experience/Skills for the Property Manager:
- Experience in property management.
- Affordable housing / HUD working background required.
- Current Driver’s License and ability to travel between Pittsburgh and Millvale, PA locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Management of budgets, track expenses, and generate financial reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- COS or Housing Choice Voucher Program (either is required).
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
