Our client is a well-established real estate firm specializing in the ownership and management of industrial and commercial properties. They are known for maintaining high-quality assets, strong tenant relationships, and efficient property operations. Currently, they are looking to add a Property Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80k – $90k

Position Overview:

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and tenant relations of a portfolio of industrial and/or commercial properties. This role requires hands-on property management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

  • The Property Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of industrial and/or commercial properties.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • The Property Manager will oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms, insurance requirements, and safety regulations.
  • The Property Manager will support lease administration, including renewals and tenant move-ins/move-outs.

Required Experience/Skills for the Property Manager:

  • 3+ years of property management experience within industrial and/or commercial real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of leases, CAM, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Property Manager:

  • Experience managing industrial assets (warehouses, distribution centers, and flex space).
  • Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar).
  • Exposure to capital projects and tenant improvement coordination.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
