Salary/Hourly Rate:

$120k – $140K plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Property Manager (Luxury) leads the operations and profitability of Class A residential/multifamily apartments. The role is responsible for managing the Leasing, Maintenance, and Concierge teams. The Property Manager (Luxury) will create budgets and financials and process month-end.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager (Luxury):

  • Recruit, train, coach, develop, and manage a successful /customer service-oriented team. 
  • Evaluate market conditions and trends and share with the team.
  • Conduct property showings, review leases, and schedule move-ins for residents.
  • Create and implement a sales and marketing plan.
  • Design & follow cost control and revenue improvement programs.  
  • Develop annual budgets and forecasts. 
  • Oversee rent collections.
  • Manage resident retention by ensuring top-level customer service.
  • Participation in financial statements and budgets, and forecasts.
  • Manage the Leasing and Maintenance teams.
  • Ensure work orders and responded to promptly. 
  • Assist with apartment inspections. 

Required Experience/Skills for the Property Manager (Luxury):

  • Experience with Class A residential/multifamily apartments.
  • High level of professionalism and poise.

Education Requirements:

  • College degree is preferred.
