Salary/Hourly Rate:

$19/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview:

The R&D Lab Technician will support the development and improvement of a specific product line. The R&D Lab Technician will gain a strong understanding of the application and reasoning for their daily lab testing and responsibilities.

Responsibilities of the R&D Lab Technician:

  • The R&D Lab Technician will assist senior team members with all research and development testing efforts.
  • Set up and tear down experiments.
  • Carefully record all physical and chemical data from experiments and be able to summarize that data.
  • Identify, weigh, and mix raw materials into batches for testing.
  • Run unique tests developed by the company to fully analyze samples for their unique needs.
  • Calibrate and maintain related lab equipment.
  • Qualifications for the R&D Lab Technician:
  • A positive energy and enthusiasm for lab work, strong communication skills.
  • A passion for working hard and being an active team member.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is required.
  • Industry experience is highly appreciated.
