Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k with uncapped commission potential

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and match top-tier candidates with job opportunities that align with their career goals. You will play a vital role in supporting our client’s hiring needs while building meaningful relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and job fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and company culture.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation on behalf of clients.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Required Experience/Skills for the Recruiter:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Recruiter:

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Experience recruiting for multiple industries or high-volume roles.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
