As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Recruiter – Supply Chain & Operations to join the Supply and Operations team and contribute to the ongoing success.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

Base reflective of industry experience + uncapped commission potential

Position Overview:

As a Recruiter – Supply Chain & Operations, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top talent for our clients in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. You will be responsible for building relationships with candidates, assessing their skills, and matching them with job opportunities that align with their career goals. Additionally, the Recruiter – Supply Chain & Operations will eventually be responsible for sales efforts including bringing in new clients to the company and expanding relationships with existing accounts. The ideal Recruiter – Supply Chain & Operations will be money-motivated, enjoy competition, and be a self-starter. The Recruiter – Supply Chain & Operations could be an experienced salesperson, recruiter, or someone with a strong drive for success and forward mobility.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter – Supply Chain & Operations:

  • Conducting candidate sourcing through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screening and interviewing technical candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific job roles from Associate to Director or VP level.
  • Building and maintaining a pool of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their staffing requirements and expectations.
  • Making job offers and negotiating compensation packages on behalf of clients.
  • Providing excellent candidate care and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets.
  • Seeking out new business opportunities and generating business leads. Hosting meetings with prospects, selling the company’s business to high-level candidates, and expanding our footprint in old or existing businesses are aspects of sales in the role.
  • Bringing a creative and aggressive approach to sales with novel approaches to finding and securing new business. New business is the best way to generate higher commission!

Qualifications for the Recruiter – Supply Chain & Operations:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter and/or salesperson, preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment is preferred, although not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional communication skills (oral & written) are required, as well as the ability to speak intelligently to technical positions and high-level candidates.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities. The ability to independently manage one’s time, set one’s schedule, and strategize their calendar will lead to success.
  • Independent worker who enjoys a challenge.
  • Confidence to make cold calls and attend sales meetings.
  • Must be able to work in the office 3 days a week.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Academic background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Accounting, Science, or Mathematics could be useful to the job.
