Client Overview:

Our client is a luxury global fashion brand with 30+ stores in the US and is continuously growing. They are looking to add a Retail Recruiter to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $50/hr DOE

Position Overview:

The Retail Recruiter will support the retail hiring function for our client’s HR team and will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for in-store positions, while also working closely with store leaders and corporate leadership.

Responsibilities of the Retail Recruiter: 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail roles, including store associates, visual associates, and Store Managers.
  • Proactively source and build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • The Retail Recruiter will schedule and manage interviews, meetings, and offers independently.
  • Communicate regularly with store leaders and corporate leadership, sharing market insights and hiring updates.
  • Anticipate future hiring needs (e.g., leaves, upcoming store openings) and pipeline accordingly.
  • Provide a strong candidate experience by maintaining communication and providing feedback.
  • The retail recruiter will operate strategically in a fast-paced environment, including phone outreach and direct conversations.
  • Maintain awareness of the luxury retail market, competitors, and hiring restrictions.

Required Experience/Skills for the Retail Recruiter:

  • 2 – 3 years of recruiting experience in fashion or retail.
  • The retail recruiter will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a lean team environment.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
