Client Overview:
Our client is an established fragrance manufacturer known for its collaborative, fast-paced environment and strong focus on client experience. They are looking to add a Sales Support Coordinator to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$24/hr – $28/hr, Depending on experience
Position Overview:
The Sales Support Coordinator will support the team by managing project details, coordinating sample requests, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and client contacts. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and thrives in a busy environment.
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator:
- Process creative briefs and sample requests from start to finish.
- Prepare materials and samples for client meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for client visits and provide on-site support.
- Serve as a point of contact across departments such as Customer Service, Operations, Planning, Labs, and others.
- Maintain project records, pricing files, documentation, and packaging updates.
- Prepare samples for shipment and track deliveries.
- Assist with project updates, brief entries, and documentation for new business transitions.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Support scheduling, communication flow, and team meeting preparation.
Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Support Coordinator:
- Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sales Support Coordinator:
- 2+ years in an administrative or coordination-based role.
- Background supporting cross-functional teams.
- The Sales Support Coordinator should have experience in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sociology, or a related subject is required.
