Position Overview:
Atrium is growing! Following the award of a major new enterprise client in the creative space, we’re building a dedicated team to support this exciting partnership. As part of this expansion, we are hiring a Senior Account Coordinator to join our WORKS team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
This newly created role will support the Account Manager, Creative team, and serve as a critical link between our internal teams, client stakeholders, and Freelancer workforce. This role is 100% account administration-focused, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, responsiveness, and relationship management.
Responsibilities of the Senior Account Coordinator:
As a Senior Account Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day operations across multiple HR and workforce administration processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with Client Managers, freelancers, and internal teams.
- Supporting hiring managers and suppliers throughout the contingent labor/ non-employee lifecycle – from requisition creation to onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintaining accurate records in Atrium’s HRIS (e.g, Bullhorn, Avionte, etc.), timekeeping systems, and client FMS tools (e.g., Worksuite, Worksome, YunoJuno, Lifted).
- Executing payroll operations, including weekly audits, timesheet validation, expense processing, and issue resolution in partnership with Payroll.
- Monitoring compliance with HR/payroll regulations and program SLAs.
- Diagnosing and resolving client concerns, escalating as needed with leadership support.
- Facilitating offboarding, including terminations, documentation updates, and communication with HR.
- Participating in regular client and internal meetings to drive program goals and ensure alignment.
- Supporting program adoption, communications, and operational consistency across engagements.
Required Experience for the Senior Account Coordinator:
- You are organized, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
- You enjoy working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Have 3+ years of experience in account coordination, HR operations, or customer service.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, associates, and internal teams.
- Approach your work with empathy, curiosity, and a service mindset.
- Are detail-oriented and diligent, especially when it comes to data and documentation.
- Enjoy solving problems and offering practical, well-considered solutions.
- Are receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to your work.

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Education Requirements:
- No Bachelor’s degree required – experience and skills are valued over formal education.
