Salary/Hourly Rate:
$90k – $110k
Position Overview:
The Senior Billing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the billing process and performing complex billing duties.
Responsibilities of the Senior Billing Coordinator:
- Perform proforma selections.
- Handle any billing corrections and e-billing coordination.
- Act as a liaison between different billing parties.
- Perform guideline compliance reviews.
- Prepare electronic appeals and budgets.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Billing Coordinator:
- 5+ years of billing experience in the legal industry required.
- Elite 3E billing software experience is required.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Billing Coordinator:
- Prior experience with professional services billing operations.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
