Our client is a growing and well-established organization based in Palm Beach Gardens. They are known for their collaborative team culture and long-term stability. They are currently looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$85k – $95k plus Discretionary yearly bonus
Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning efforts. The ideal candidate has strong FP&A experience, excels in Excel, and enjoys building financial models to support business decision-making. They will be reporting directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- The Senior Financial Analyst Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple departments.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
- The Senior Financial Analyst will conduct ad hoc financial analysis to guide operational and strategic decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with department heads to understand and support key drivers of performance.
- The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in improving financial systems, reporting processes, and data accuracy.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Comfortable working in a fully onsite environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Experience working with large ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Power BI or other business intelligence tools are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
