Our client is a renowned fashion designer based in New York, known for creating luxurious and timeless pieces for women. The brand offers a wardrobe of clean, sophisticated, and functional designs that resonate with the modern client’s lifestyle. They are looking to expand their team by adding a Senior Sales Associate to the team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55k – $65k Annually + Commission
Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for providing an elevated client experience while driving retail sales and building lasting client relationships. This individual will serve as a trusted style advisor, embodying the brand’s aesthetic and ensuring each client receives personalized service.
Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Associate:
- Deliver exceptional client service, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Act as a style expert and brand ambassador, offering wardrobe guidance and styling recommendations.
- Consistently drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Foster a welcoming, luxury client experience in-store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current fashion trends.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Sales Associate:
- Minimum 4 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a client-first mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Sales Associate:
- Knowledge of both women’s and men’s fashion trends and styling techniques.
- Established client book within the luxury fashion industry.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
