Our client is a renowned modern furniture company whose products are sold worldwide. They are seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$27/hr – $29/hr

Position Overview:

The Showroom Coordinator will provide support during peak days and hours, assisting both the showroom and design teams. The ideal candidate will be flexible and comfortable wearing many hats — assisting with order entry, inventory processing, ordering samples, pricing support, and merchandising the showroom. This is an onsite position working 35 – 40 hours weekly between the hours of 9:00am–5:00pm for a minimum of approximately 6 months. This individual should be bright, tech savvy, and maintain a poised demeanor when assisting high-level clients.

Responsibilities of the Showroom Coordinator:

  • Serve as the primary greeter of all showroom visitors.
  • Welcome showroom guests with gracious hospitality in a warm, outgoing, and professional manner; guide guests to meeting spaces and offer beverages.
  • Perform daily audits of display and client presentation areas to ensure product functionality, operational technology, and overall cleanliness.
  • Support upkeep and inventory of business centers and amenities closets, including ordering and restocking showroom and office supplies.
  • Provide general administrative services to client visit hosts to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a troubleshooter for field sales employees during customer visits, handling requests with urgency and determination.
  • Anticipate issues, identify solutions, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Act as a concierge with knowledge of local events, restaurants, and transportation options.
  • Develop general product knowledge and business literacy to provide impromptu showroom tours and support scheduled group visits.
  • Execute special requests in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
  • Assist the showroom team in maintaining facility standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and support teams.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Showroom Coordinator:

  • Experience with Salesforce or another relational database/CRM.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
