Our client is an industry-leading, privately held media and advertising agency that is located in NYC. They are looking to add a Supervisor / Lead Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst (CRO) to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$115k – $130k
Position Overview:
This Supervisor / Lead Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst (CRO) will be responsible for the successful delivery of client CRO engagements as well as managing team members, who will have a direct responsibility for the successful management of engagements as well as creation of the engagement deliverables. This role offers a hands-on opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and eCommerce to gain experience and grow relevant knowledge and skills in the highly valued discipline of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You will be working with one or multiple digital channels, depending on the engagement, to plan and deliver strategic and tactical channel enhancements that drive measurable performance improvement to conversion, sales, and other business KPIs.
Responsibilities of the Supervisor / Lead Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst (CRO):
- Client engagement delivery management.
- Digital channel business analysis.
- Solution development and planning.
- Execution support/management.
Required Experience/Skills for the Supervisor / Lead Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst (CRO):
- 3 – 5 years of experience with digital marketing and web design, and/or ecommerce with an emphasis on performance-driven programs, including client relationship and/or account management experience.
- Experience with fundamental conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and willingness and drive to increase skills and expertise in this function, both through hands-on learning as well as additional training; includes A/B and Multivariate testing, web design, website analytics, landing page optimization, user journeys, personas, customer segments, and audiences
- Expertise with Adobe Target.
- Basic understanding of technology/platforms that power digital channels such as HTML/CSS, web and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), product data feeds, web and campaign analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, e.g., Business, Marketing, Web Design, is required.
