Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client is a Global Manufacturer and Distributor in the CPG Industry. They are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$18 – $23/hr

Position Overview:

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, you will assist department leaders in the coordination and execution of initiatives. The Supply Chain Coordinator will participate in the design and implementation of supply chain planning that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator:

• Expedite purchases and maintain an updated delivery schedule
• Executes replenishment purchase orders and manages changes based on MRP
• Work with a global supply base and internal stakeholders to address and resolve supply related issues to meet On-Time/In-Full metrics and PO compliance
• Understand root causes for shortages and drive actions to recover in fastest possible duration
• Maintain continuity of supply by replenishing and conducting procurement activities for a global portfolio of consumer goods items
• Responsible for continuous improvement of On-Time/In-Full metric as well as other replenishment, supplier performance and cost savings metrics

Qualifications for the Supply Chain Coordinator:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment
• Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills
• Demonstrated team building skills

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field is required
