Salary/Hourly Rate:
$65k – $75k
Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across three business divisions, with hiring needs spanning a variety of functions. While many searches are commonly focused on Administrative, Human Resources, Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, and Technology, this position offers the opportunity to recruit across a broad range of roles to support the evolving needs of the organization. You will find industry talent by sourcing and qualifying candidates through screening conversations, coordinating their interviews with hiring managers, and supporting a thorough and smooth hiring process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven ability to partner with hiring managers, and a proactive approach to building talent pipelines.
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Partner:
- Application Review & Sourcing:
- Review and assess applications for roles across all company divisions.
- Proactively source and identify candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage and qualify referrals to ensure alignment with open positions.
- Candidate Management:
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the process, including scheduling, debriefs, offers, and declinations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers through intake calls, pipeline updates, and regular status meetings.
- Support hiring managers with accurate job postings, including creating, updating, and closing requisitions as needed.
- Pipeline Development & Employee Engagement:
- Proactively build and maintain pipelines for all divisions to support future hiring needs.
- Conduct new-hire check-ins at 3 and 6 months to support retention and gather feedback.
Required Experience/Skills for the Talent Acquisition Partner:
- 2 – 5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a staffing or corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to proactively build pipelines and manage referrals.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience is required.
