Salary/Hourly Rate:

$57,500 ANNUAL SALARY+ COMMISSION (ELIGIBLE FOR COMMISSION AFTER COHORT COMPLETION)

Talent Solutions Cohort Overview:

Our Talent Solutions Cohort is an intensive, on-the-job training program designed for action-oriented individuals with 1-4 years of work experience. We are looking for 8 – 10 candidates who are driven by a desire for success and motivated to achieve their professional and financial goals. This cohort provides a dynamic environment for rapid skill development, leveraging technology, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Joining the Cohort means becoming part of a community of like-minded, competitive, and entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about driving success for our clients and candidates.

After successfully navigating through the cohort rotations of our various verticals, you’ll embark on the next phase of your Atrium journey at our flagship NoMad headquarters in NYC. There you’ll be matched with one of our high-performance teams in a specialized service vertical that best suits you and the recruiting team. The vertical options include administrative support, finance & accounting, fashion & lifestyle, and information technology.

Responsibilities of the Talent Associate:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
    • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, referrals, and direct recruiting to attract and recruit professional talent
    • Screen candidates for contract and full-time openings with our clients through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
    • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future client hiring demands
  • Matchmaking and Placement:
    • Facilitate the matching process by aligning candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals with client job requirements
    • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the placement process from start to finish
    • Provide ongoing support to candidates to ensure a smooth transition and successful onboarding experience
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • You will be trained to execute and measured on key performance metrics, including revenue targets, interviews conducted, submissions made, and candidate placements
    • Review regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability
    • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains to enhance overall team performance
  • Continuous Learning and Development:
    • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance recruiting skills, industry knowledge, and market insights
    • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition & staffing
    • Actively contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration within the Talent Solutions Cohort, sharing knowledge and best practices with peers

Qualifications for the Talent Associate:

  • 1 to 4 years of business experience. Sales, recruiting, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding targets and driving results
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and CRM experience is preferred
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for learning and continuous improvement

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • This position will be in our NYC location
  • May require some local travel for meetings and training

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
