Our client is a fast-growing online OpenAI cybersecurity company based in Brooklyn. They are looking to add a Technical AI Product Solutions Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$165k – $225k plus equity 

Position Overview:

This Technical AI Product Solutions Manager will bridge the gap between their customers’ needs and their AI engineering capabilities. This person will thrive at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering, with the technical acumen to dive deep into complex implementations and the communication skills to own executive relationships. The Technical AI Product Solutions Manager will be instrumental in supporting the most complex enterprise deals, owning post-sale customer success, and directly influencing the product roadmap based on real customer needs.

Responsibilities of the Technical AI Product Solutions Manager:

  • Partner with Sales on technical discovery and solution design for complex, high-value deals.
  • Own the end-to-end customer relationship post-sale, serving as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Lead technical implementations, ensuring seamless deployment and adoption of our platform.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact.
  • Serve as the first line of testing for new features, ensuring exceptional user experience before customer impact.
  • Maintain deep product expertise and stay ahead of every new feature and capability.
  • Conduct thorough testing of new releases with an analytical, detail-oriented approach.

Required Experience/Skills for the Technical AI Product Solutions Manager:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience, ideally in AI product management, solutions engineering, or customer success roles.
  • Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers on complex technical implementations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to dig beneath the surface and question assumptions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills across technical and executive audiences.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
