They are currently looking to add a Temp Visual Merchandising Assistant to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$17/hr – $18/hr Depending on experience

Position Overview:

As the Temp Visual Merchandising Assistant, you will aid with architectural design and visual merchandising tasks. As a vital component of the Design team, your duties will involve providing administrative assistance for photography projects, managing project request forms, and creating retailer buildout introduction packets. Knowledge of InDesign and project management tools like Workfront and Airtable is recommended for this role.

Responsibilities of the Temp Visual Merchandising Assistant:

  • Generating invoices.
  • Organizing contracts.
  • Handling and maintaining paperwork related to production orders.
  • Following up on project punch lists.
  • Planning and scheduling photoshoots.
  • Reviewing and commenting on images.
  • Working with tasks on the Workfront platform.
  • Uploading images to the server and Airtable platform.
  • Retrieving maps and photos.
  • Using InDesign for document designing.
  • Refining and editing the document content.
  • Collating relevant images.
  • Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Qualifications for the Temp Visual Merchandising Assistant:

  • Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, proficient in handling numerous tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Skilled in using Project Management Software tools like Airtable and Workfront, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as InDesign.
  • Proven expertise to effectively operate both individually and as a team in a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting.
  • Acquainted with the rudimentary principles of professional visual merchandising.
  • Prior experience in providing administrative support within a professional office setup.

Education requirements:

  • No degree required.
