Our client is a growing commercial real estate firm in growth mode. They are looking to add a Tenant Services Coordinator to their Philadelphia office. This role could be entry-level or for someone with slightly more experience.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$55k – $65k

Position Overview:

The Tenant Services Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality support to tenants and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the property. This role acts as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and communications, while also supporting the property management team with administrative, operational, and customer service functions.

Responsibilities of the Tenant Services Coordinator:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality tenant support while maintaining efficient day-to-day property operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant communications, including inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee and track service requests through the work order system to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with building engineers, vendors, and contractors to facilitate maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of tenant communications, including notices, updates, and newsletters.
  • Maintain accurate tenant records, contact lists, and emergency information in compliance with company standards.
  • Support lease administration functions, including move-in/move-out coordination and tenant onboarding.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the property management team, including invoice processing, reporting, and contract documentation.
  • Participate in property inspections and ensure compliance with building policies, safety regulations, and lease requirements.
  • Contribute to tenant engagement initiatives and corporate programs that strengthen client relationships and retention.

Required Experience/Skills for the Tenant Services Coordinator:

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in property management, tenant relations, real estate, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle tenant concerns diplomatically.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software (Yardi, MRI, Angus, etc.) is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Tenant Services Coordinator:

  • Experience in a similar role, if possible.
  • Bright, energetic, outgoing personality.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
