They are seeking a Warehouse Management Systems Clerk to work in their Fulfillment Center.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Management Systems Clerk is responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of inventory reports and reconciliations of digital and physical inventory. The Warehouse Management Systems Clerk collaborate with operations, accounting and procurement partners to provide feedback and transparency into facility inventory levels; provide ad-hoc confirmations as needed.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Management Systems Clerk:
- Responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of inventory reports and reconciliations of digital and physical inventory
- Responsible for scheduling all delivery appointments for freight delivered to the building; inbound calls only
- Check drivers in and out of the facility
- Upload and reconcile POs and physical products for all receipts
- Verify inventory systems data (WMS, Cloud Analytics, NetSuite, Looker) to manage warehouse materials and see that capacity is adhered to
- Generate and execute cycle counts and other measurements of inventory accuracy
- Validate directed replenishment of goods to production areas, verifying transactions and inventory levels are adequate for upcoming production schedules
Qualifications for the Warehouse Management Systems Clerk:
- Ability to collaborate with partners across different departments and teams
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry, administrative or another related role
- Ability to work efficiently with a very high level of attention to detail
- Strong math skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Availability to work either AM or PM Shift, including 1 weekend day
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is required
