Currently, they are looking to add a Wholesale Assistant to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr – $25/hr
Position Overview:
The Wholesale Assistant will support the sales team in managing relationships with retail partners, ensuring timely order processing and inventory management. This Wholesale Assistant role involves coordinating logistics, preparing sales materials, and assisting in market research to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities of the Wholesale Assistant:
- Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing product information.
- Assist the Sales team in preparing presentations, samples, and promotional materials for client meetings and trade shows.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Shipping and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order delivery and resolve any issues related to shipping or inventory discrepancies.
Required Experience/Skills for the Wholesale Assistant:
- Previous experience in wholesale or retail sales, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management or CRM software.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field is preferred.
