Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. The Admin Assistant must work 5 days per week in the office.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr
Position Overview:
The Admin Assistant will answer the phones, support various departments with admin duties, and maintain the kitchen and office supplies. Candidates for the Admin Assistant role must be able to support multiple executives and work in a fast-paced environment!
Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant:
- The Admin Assistant will be responsible for answering the main phone line, coordinating meetings, scheduling luncheons, and supporting the day-to-day office functions
- Work closely with various departments with ad hoc projects
- Order office supplies, manage kitchen inventory, and act as the go-to for all in-office staff
Qualifications for the Admin Assistant:
- 2 years of office experience is required
- Experience working with a CRM
- Strong phone presence and experience working a multi-line phone system
- Flexible and willing to pivot as needed
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s degree is preferred
