Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide direct administrative and operational support to senior leaders and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a positive, polished demeanor and an interest in the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Assist with team projects, events, and department communications.
  • Greet guests and coordinate with vendors and office management as needed.
  • Support internal operations, including ordering supplies, handling invoices, and maintaining office organization.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Polished, professional, and adept at interacting with executives and clients.
  • Dependable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
  • Previous experience in beauty, fashion, or wellness industries.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, or events.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
