The portfolio spans 200+ brands across eight verticals, including Agriculture, Aviation & Transportation, Financial & Professional Services, Hospitality & Entertainment, Manufacturing, Marine, Media & Marketing, and Real Estate. Currently, they are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$50k – $55k
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide executive administrative support to Legal and Chief Officers, including managing schedules, travel, financial reporting, and office operations.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Manage calendars while coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Arrange detailed domestic travel itineraries, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodation.
- Prepare reports in Microsoft Excel to support leadership and team initiatives.
- Maintain organized contact lists, databases, and digital filing systems to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with general accounting and administrative processes, including tracking invoices, managing payables, and organizing financial documentation.
- Assist with general office management and reception duties.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably within private equity, finance, or a multi-entity organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and PDF tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Banking or financial experience is preferred.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
