Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90k – $100k plus Bonus

Position Overview:

The Analyst (Compensation) will be responsible for calculating commissions, preparing reconciliation reports, assisting in development and the redesigns of commission plans, and supporting annual planning. This role requires advanced levels of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities of the Analyst (Compensation):

  • Ensure that the commissions are correct and paid on the required date.
  • Update, maintain, and reconcile the general ledger.
  • Assist with payroll reconciliation reports.
  • Take charge of commission statements and management reports.
  • Biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
  • Employee changes, bonuses, commissions, tax changes, banking information, benefits deductions, allowances, garnishments, etc.
  • Verify information in correct in the system for tax audits.

Required Experience/Skills of the Analyst (Compensation):

  • 1+ year of compensation analysis background.
  • Experience in a mid-size organization.
  • Advanced levels of Microsoft Excel.
  • ADP and Workday ERP experience.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
