They are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$55k – $65k
Position Overview:
This Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, providing knowledgeable, empathetic support and ensuring a best-in-class experience. You will help customers with product questions, order issues, subscription management, and general inquiries, while representing our brand’s commitment to wellness and integrity.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, ingredients, usage, and company policies (non-medical guidance only).
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, exchanges, refunds, and subscription adjustments.
- Troubleshoot delivery concerns and work with internal teams or shipping partners to resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with detailed notes.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and communicate insights to management to improve processes.
- Uphold brand voice and quality standards in all interactions.
- Contribute to support documentation such as FAQs, help articles, and internal knowledge bases.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare, wellness, supplements, or consumer goods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating multiple software systems (CRM tools, order platforms, help desk software).
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Passion for health, nutrition, and customer experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
