Our client is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$17/hr – $18/hr

Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will assist in customer support.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
  • Handle any customer requests, concerns, questions
  • Utilize online platforms for documentation

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • 1 – 2 years in a Customer Service Representative role
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Use of online platforms for documentation

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required
