Atrium offers our Associates a range of benefit options to meet their needs.

Medical Indemnity Plan and Dental Plans

After only 140 hours of work with Atrium, a medical indemnity plan will be available to all Associates.

After 1,100 hours have been accrued, Associates can enroll in a major medical plan as well as choose from two dental plans offered.

Prescription, Vision and Dental Discount Card

Associates are eligible immediately to request a WellDyne discount card. Associates can save up to 65% on prescriptions as well as enjoy discounts at participating vision and dental providers. Associates can also print this discount card directly from their eOffice.

401(k) Retirement Plan 

After 500 hours worked within a consecutive 6-month period, Atrium Associates are eligible to contribute pre-tax dollars toward their 401(k) plan through The Hartford. Enrollment in Atrium’s 401(k) plan occurs bi-annually on January 1st and June 1st of each year.

Paid Time Off

Atrium offers PTO to all eligible temporary Associates. Atrium pays 35 hours paid time off for every 1,100 hours worked with Atrium. A request form must be submitted via your eOffice.

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit is immediately available to Associates placed on an assignment. Forms may be downloaded from your eOffice or obtained from our offices. Please allow seven days for processing.

Transit Checks

Associates are eligible for the Transit Check program after they’ve accrued 450 hours with Atrium. In order to participate, Associates must be on a four month assignment from the start of the benefit cycle. Associates may use pre-tax dollars to purchase Metro Cards, train and parking vouchers in New York, New Jersey and Boston (each area has specific transportation that is eligible). You may deduct up to $125 for transit and up to $240 for parking pre-tax, per month. Transit Checks and Metro Cards are mailed directly to you.

$5000 Referral Bonus Program

Atrium Associates are able to earn up to $5000 in cash bonuses for referring friends to Atrium. Associates will earn $100 for the first friend, $200 for each additional, $500 for the fifth, $3000 for the tenth – totaling $5000 for referring 10 friends! Referrals must work 80 hours in a temporary position or be placed in a full-time position for a period of at least 90 days. All referrals must be placed within a 12 month period for bonus eligibility. You must be a registered Associate of Atrium Staffing to be eligible for referral payments. In addition, if an Associate refers a new client that we fill an order with they can earn a $500 cash bonus. Program effective March 1, 2010.
